Timeless Character; Floating on the Bay

With the objective to orient the residence toward the bay views, this home underwent a large expansion that included a new kitchen and family room. High end finishes were used to create a classic and timeless ambiance. Contractor: Design Line Construction. Photographs by Cesar Rubio.

Architectural character was created through the use of moldings, coffered and boxed ceilings, specialty finishes and highly crafted custom cabinetry throughout the bathrooms, kitchen and new library.

Hidden Jewel
      

In keeping with the character of the existing structure, the home was expanded, a lower level added and the entire residence updated aesthetically and mechanically. The charm of the existing structure was maintained and a seamless transformation was created.

Mid Century
Update

This major redo of a mid century home entailed renovating the entire structure both inside and out. While reconfiguring the interior spaces, all new finishes were installed focusing on creating a home with a modern, yet elegant flavor.

Modern Asian
Desert Villa

Originally a characterless structure, this home was expanded and fully developed into a unique and sophisticated property with a modern Zen/South Asian influence. The exterior was designed as an exploration of the geometry of the structure balanced with creating natural fluid elements in the gardens.
